Please help my baby sleep at night

Zoe lost her "B" (what she calls him) last Monday and she really misses him =(. Zoe is 16months old and has had "B" since she was around 4 months old. She used to sleep with him every night and for naps/comfort.
Please, please please help me find another one. I've been looking online and can't seem to find a duplicate!
I'm begging you, it breaks my heart when she feels around for him at night and cries.
